Through the registration form for sponsors and donors on our website we collect several personal data. The Kids2School foundation highly values the protection of personal data of its sponsors and donors. Personal data are handled and secured with the utmost care. In any case the Kids2School Foundation adheres to the requirements of the applicable privacy legislation.

With this privacy policy we explain which data we collect, how we use it and which rights you have. This policy may change over time, so we advise you to check this regularly. The last change of this privacy policy became effective on 7 August 2018.

Registration as sponsor or donor of Kids2School
In the case you register as sponsor or as donor at our foundation via our website, or in case you register via e-mail, we collect a number of data from you. For as well sponsors as donors, these are the following personal data:

First name
Last name
Gender
E-mail address
Phone number (optional)
Date of birth (optional)

Your personal data will not be shared with or transferred to third parties.

Sponsors
The personal data you provide us with as sponsor are used to inform you about your sponsor child, to send the school term results of your sponsor child to see the progress the child is making in school, and for sending you the annual reports of our foundation.

Donors
The personal data you provide us with as donor are used to send you the annual reports of the foundation to give you more insight into the activities of Kids2School.

Right to view, update or request for removal of your personal data
You have the right to view which personal data we process. On your request we update or correct your personal data, or complete these in case of incompleteness. In case you would like us to remove your data, we will do so, unless we are obliged to keep these data.
